someone has got to stop the kids from kicking their soccer balls and throwing rocks at other people's cars! and someone needs to shut those dogs up that bark at nothing all night long. and someone needs to tow the damn cars that have been parking in the same god damn place for more than two years and take up all of the damn parking spots. i am very sick of these annoyances.
